They say the happiest days in ones’ life are school days but not so with those who are attending board schools today. Sanctions and austerity measures are bitting then hard.The kids are fighting hunger. The school masters are having nightmares as to how they can feed them.

Schools fees are made useless before they can buy groceries.Provisions from home get used up within days.

The Ministry should seriously think and come up with how boarding schools should be run in this times. Should parents pay boarding fees in USD ? Should they subdise these school fees ? Should NGO also chip in ?

Let’s think about the children. Things are not ok in boarding schools.
