By Own Correspondent| An unconfirmed number of minors reportedly died amid allegations that the city of Masvingo is pumping untreated water to residents.

One Mr Wakurawarerwa made the revelations of Twitter alleging that a number of ECD children from Rujeko C and Sisk areas had died due to diarrhoea after consuming sewage contaminated water which was being pumped by the city fathers.

He said:

“I texted about ECD children who were dying and they (City of Masvingo) ignored but they knew they were pumping untreated water….Now, even councilors i talk to confirmed that Engineer Gozo must be fired…the people will demonstrate.”
