I am deeply disgraced by your ecocash platform services. I did a transaction of $800 on the 17th of November 2019 and due to your system upgrade it could not be reversed immediately after several visits to your Sam Levy’s Village branch.
It was finally reported on the 27th of December 2019 and the person i sent money to had his account suspended and i was told to expect the reversal anytime after the holidays. Now 2 months down, I still haven’t received my funds and whenever i ask, I am told by your customer care that they can not review transactions dating back to November.
So as a client, i feel deeply hurt by your services which are deteriorating and my hard earned cash vanishing. I rate you 1 on a scale of 10 because you do not feel our pain and hurt financially.
