Today 29th of February 2020, MDC Manicaland Youth Assembly led by its Chairperson Kelvin Kambiro and other youth provincial members visited Chimanimani East Ward 16 for a door to door campaign program and planning meeting. The team successfully engaged the people despite being threatened and confronted by the ZANU PF MP for Chimanimani East Joshua Sako and military intelligence who were distributing rice, cooking oil and tshirts to the Tiya villagers paChigayo.
This is an attempt to buy votes from poverty stricken Cyclone Idai victims.It clearly shows ZANU PF agenda to rig the by election and thwart the peoples voice. Young children from the ages of 9, some in Grade 4 were frogmarched, forced to attend the rally. The people of Chimanimani East Ward 16 vowed to vote for the MDC young and promising Erasmus Brightwell Murada a.k.a BaDiana on the 14th of March 2020.

The vibrant Youth Chairperson was accompanied by Provincial Youth Secretary Munyaradzi Rimbi, Provincial Youth Organising Secretary Cloud Nengomasha, Secretary for Political Education Daniel Kitano, Secretary for small and medium enterprises Nyasha Rutanhira, Secretary for ICT Privilege Gwatidzo, Deputy Secretary for local government Precious Gwatidzo and Provincial Security Officer Walter Mutwayo.

Together we will make Zimbabwe better again.
