*Feedback on the Freedom of 12 Heroes of our modern struggle:*

There was totally closure of the entire business at Makoni Shopping Center. The military and police deployment was full throttle and they were denying hundreds of people who came to give solidarity to their comrades entrance to the Courts. Those denied entrance found the revolutionary business to do throughout Chitungwiza. Hell fire broke out.

The comrades were represented by 4 able lawyers, that is, Moses Nkomo, Hon Job Sikhala, Jeremiah Bamu and Muchineripi. The four lawyers took turns to roast the only state witness who claimed to be the arresting officer. The arresting claimed that she only arrested Taurai Nyamanhindi.

After a full hearing a Magistrate who was rushed from Harare named Vongai Muchuchuti advised that she will deliver her judgment at 15:30 pm. She came to deliver an instruction judgement that the accused persons committed a serious offense. A serious offense of alleged gathering to commit violence which is a finable offense. It was purely a political judgment which she carried from Harare to Chitungwiza. Chitungwiza has 6 Magistrates. They were all not all allowed to hear the case because the government send someone from their regime activists from Harare. The ZANU PF activist Magistrate was clearly send carrying instructions from ED. It is a shame that our judiciary has such compromised people. We need to free our country and assert the independence of the judiciary.
