Dembare skipper Patson Jaure is reportedly recovering well after
undergoing a delicate head surgery that was trying to redress his fractured skull after he was involved in an accident last week.

Jaure has made progress, following his surgery, and was yesterday moved from the Intensive Care Unit to the High Dependency Unit at Parirenyatwa Hospital.

Although he is using a small oxygen mask, for ease of breathing, the tube that had been put through his nose has been removed. Jaure will continue feeding through the drip.

Jaure’s wife is the only person cleared to visit him at the moment but his team is reportedly happy with the progress report they were given by the physicians attending to the football star.-State media
