Own Correspondent|ZimEye.com is currently inundated with enquiries from readers and followers on the latest update from the High Court in Harare where the MDC Alliance appeal is being heard.

The latest available detail is that the Court is as at the time of this article, on Wednesday 7pm, still hearing submissions on the hearing of the MDC Alliance interdict to stop the rival faction led by Dr Thokozani Khupe from further recalling legislators from parliament.

This came amid reports that Manicaland Senator Douglas Mwonzora who was recently reinstated as the MDC-T Secretary General by the Supreme Court was set to wield axe on six more legislators aligned to Nelson Chamisa of the MDC Alliance.

Both parties to the case have been making their submissions and the judge should be making a determination later into the night as the case is expected to drag longer.
