By A Correspondent- A Harare judge has slammed a warrant authorising the Zimbabwe Republic Police to seize the entire database of Econet customers.

Granting Econet a stay of execution, Justice Edith Mushore said the directive was a replica of what transpired during Rhodesia.

She said:

“This is not Rhodesia!”

Advocates Thabani Mpofu and Tafadzwa Mapuranga appeared for Econet.
