By Simba Chikanza | Millions of Zimbabweans are raging against a Sunday Mail journalist over the Saturday evening interview of the ZANU PF leader Emmerson Mnangagwa, in which she suggested the latter should physically whip his opponent Nelson Chamisa. What they are not seeing is that Victoria Ruzvidzo actually accomplished what no journalist in Zim history has, to use a politician’s gun on himself.

She was very skillful in exposing Mnangagwa, far better than any journalist has ever done using subtle sarcasm that could only by read between the lines. Something major happened on Saturday night in Zimbabwe: a huge demon crashed down and will never, ever rise up.

The interview was conducted as the introduction to the Independence celebrations being held the following day. She was aided by another female colleague and the height of the engagement came when Nelson Chamisa’s name was dropped.

After the Saturday interview, Mnangagwa will never rise above the level of a criminal, no matter how many publicists he deploys. It will be very difficult for him to be accepted in any country of the world, especially the working ones. .
