Pah Chihera Lands New Career

By A Correspondent- Songbird Pah Chihera has landed a new career and said that she would, however not quit she will not quit music.

The Runonzi rudo singer told the state media that she recently got employed at Ronbea Business Solutions and said that she will be using the new job to compliment her music.

“With the current situation and Covid-19 standing, the music industry is a bit suffering.

“We couldn’t wait but jump to the next available opportunity.

“I have turned into farming in Nyabira and also currently working as PA and Marketing manager for Ronbea Business Solutions.

“I feel we ought to have a fall back plan in every situation because as much as we plan, God has the final say.

“Covid-19 has changed a lot,” she said.

She added:

“Like everyone (musicians) we have not been spared from the pandemic.

“We are now looking at plan B and C.

“At the end of the day we need need to bring food to the table, so we are trying everything.

“The pandemic has taught us to work extra hard.”

Ronbea Business Solutions is an organisation that link maids with their potential employers and also help people with Human resources related solutions.

“We offer full time and part-time maids.

“We train them, cooking lessons, maid vetting and even help them to improve general hygiene.

“We also offer HR solutions where we help people to create CVs and profiles.

“We also hold workshops on how to tackle job interviews, job application guide, handle company HR from recruitment and selection employee induction among other things,” she said.

Meanwhile, she is working on a couple of singles that will hit the music market with accompanying videos.

This year she recorded a single track dubbed Unounza Mufaro which is already penetrating the music market.

Pah Chihera also urged people to continue observing all Covid-19 restrictions to avoid more fatalities.

“We leave it to God but let’s try by all means possible to listen and observe all that we are being told by health experts.

“It’s a fact, Covid-19 is real and people are dying.

“It’s better to avoid unnecessary gatherings, observe social distance, sanitise our hands and continue improving personal hygiene.

“It’s a phase and I am sure it will pass,” she said.
