By A Correspondent| Top constitutional lawyer Professor Lovemore Madhuku who is currently dominating headlines following his defence of government move to dish out vehicles to POLAD principals has successfully pulled convicted rapist Munyaradzi Kereke out of prison where he was serving a 10 year jail term.

Madhuku who was being assisted by Advocate Tawanda Nyamakura proposed tough bail conditions to strengthen their case for bail.

The decorated lawyer has courted controversy lately over his decision to join the President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s POLAD which is seen by many as a waste of taxpayers money.

The noise deafened when the POLAD principals received Isuzu double cabs from the government with many feeling that the money could have been used to buy ambulances and medical supplies.

Others felt Mnangagwa was buying favour from the POLAD members just to deal with opposition MDC Alliance leader Nelson Chamisa who has refused to have anything to do with the dialogue platform.
