Tinashe Sambiri|The MDC Alliance has urged the Zimbabwe Defence Forces to be objective in the execution of national duties.

In a statement on Heroes and Defence Forces celebrations, the MDC Alliance said the Zimbabwe Defence Forces should not be used by the elite to advance political interests.

Last month Zanu PF official Patrick Chinamasa boasted that the army was a direct extension of the former revolutionary party.
