On September 21, 2024, while monitoring the cell verification exercise in Chikomba West Constituency, I visited Ward 8 and Ward 13 to assess the progress of the Presidential Nutrition Gardens initiative.
I was impressed by the dedication and hard work of the local communities, led by their councillors. The gardens are thriving, providing essential nutrition and food security to many households.
It is heartwarming to see the gratitude from our people for this impactful initiative by His Excellency, President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa, aimed at uplifting lives through sustainable agriculture.
This initiative is more than just gardening; it empowers our communities with tools for self-sufficiency and resilience. Together, let’s continue to innovate and improve these efforts for future generations.
