BREAKING- Court Gives Mukupe 6 Hours To Return “Stolen” Phone To Newsday Journalist

By Own Correspondent| A Harare magistrates court today granted an order compelling deputy finance minister, Terrence Mukupe to return an S7 mobile phone which he stole on the night of May 24 2017 from Newsday Journalist, Blessed Mhlanga’s wife Florence.

According to a court order glimpsed by ZimEye, Mukupe was given 6 hours to return the mobile phone which he allegedly stole from Florence at ZiFm studios when he attacked the scribe and his wife following an outburst during a live program at the station.

Mukupe walked out of the studios after degrading former finance minister Tendai Biti who was also a guest speaker in the same program by asking him whether he had taken his anti retroviral drugs for the day.

Said Mhlanga in a tweet, “The courts have granted us an order to have @tmukupe return my phone which he stole on the night of May 24, he was given six hours. Justice will be served my family won’t stop till that happens thanks to MisaZimbabwe.”
