“The new gvt & local authorities after July 30 hve a lot to do on redoing the road infrastructure & network. The traffic jam in Hre has become unbearable. Is it abt bad driving? The Mbudzi traffic circle is one example. Currently stuck for an hour. Traffic into Hre is not moving.”
