Not sure if this helps, but EDs Facebook page looks suspiciously like he has someone doing it for him and I thought I would search for phrases used elsewhere. One phrase I see he just used was “There can be no glass ceilings for women in the new Zimbabwe, no opportunities can be denied to you and no aspect of life closed to you….” I searched for this and found that this appears to have been used by Zambian president Edgar Lunga on March 9th. “It is my firm belief that there should be no glass ceilings for women, no opportunities denied for them, and no aspect of life closed to them.”

So the question is “is there a professional political speech writer and ED is just pretending to run a Facebook page?” as this looks like it.
