By Paul Nyathi|President Emmerson Mnangagwa will later today (Wednesday) announce his seven member commission to investigate the post election violence in Harare that saw members of the army shoot and kill six people.
ZimEye.com can exclusively reveal that former SA President Kgalema Motlanthe will be revealed as the chairman of the commission.
President Mnangagwa who is the Commander In Chief of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces has previously expressed ignorance on who deployed the soldiers into the streets with live ammunition against unarmed citizens.
The commander of the defence forces Valerio Sibanda also excluded himself from the order releasing soldiers into the streets.
It is widely believed that Mnangagwa’s deputy Constantino Chiwenga who is the former commander of the defence forces ordered the soldiers into the streets.
