By A Correspondent| Russia’s Prime Minister, Dmitry Medvedev has spoken against unjustified fuel hikes and also said his country will not make up for other countries’ revenue shortfalls.

This was also after sending a junior Deputy Minister to meet ZANU PF leader Emmerson Mnangagwa at the airport in Moscow yesterday.
He also took an apparent direct swipe at Mnangagwa referring to the country he has leaned on, Belarus.
Wrote PM Dmitry Medvedev on his personal portal, “The Government is using various instruments to prevent unjustified fuel price hikes in Russia. But we never promised to make up for other countries’ revenue shortfalls, even such close neighbours as Belarus.” FULL TWEET:
