By A Correspondent| As Econet and NetOne were down on the whole internet Tuesday morning, Emmerson Mnangagwa’s deputy Constantino Chiwenga speaking to ZimEye denied being the one who caused it.

In a  brief discussion with ZimEye’s Simba Chikanza, Chiwenga said he has no capacity to shut down the internet. THIS IS A DEVELOPING STORY –
