Jane Mlambo| Self exiled former cabinet minister Professor Jonathan Moyo has reported President Emmerson Mnangagwa and his Deputy Constantino Chiwenga to the international Criminal Court (ICC) over what he termed mass murder, torture, rape and disappearance of their political, ethnic and personal enemies since 1975.

Professor Moyo, a fierce critic of the Mnangagwa administration is currently in exile since the November 2017 military coup that ended former President Robert Mugabe’s 37 year rule.

Replying on the ICC’s Twitter post which indicated that murder was a crime against humanity, Professor Moyo took the opportunity to report Chiwenga and Mnangagwa over their rights abuses.
