Farai Dziva|The Young Warriors of Zimbabwe have stunned the Young Mambas of Mozambique 3-2 in an AFCON qualifier at the National Sports Stadium.

The Young Warriors struggled to find their rhythm in the first half but coach Tonderayi ” Stanza” Ndiraya played his cards well in the second half.

The Young Warriors came back with renewed verve in the second half and Obriel Chirinda broke the deadlock in the 87th minute.The Young Warriors sealed victory in stoppage time.

Ndiraya has described the victory as a tremendous achievement.

The Young Warriors are likely to clash with neighbours South Africa in the next round.
