By Herbert Gomba| Harare city councilors will not receive iPads , as is written in the herald, no procurement will be done for iPads , in fact in terms of the work program Hre city council will open a Hoply clinic , start a major cbd pavement replacement project , refurbish municipal buildings and built new smart toilets in Hre , the council is concluding discussions with the multi Donor trust fund for funds aimed at the water distribution network, particularly looking at fixing the pumps at the warren control and other distribution centers . In the same vein we are concluding a deal with netone to refurbish all municipal halls , pools and recreation facilities.

Lastly the council has a strategic plan and uses 100 day intervention plan to prioritize therefore we work to service the city on the basis of those plans not ipads
