By A Correspondent| The Zimbabwe Gender Commission has announced that the body is instituting investigations against Prophetic Healing and Deliverance Ministries founder, Prophet Walter Magaya over alleged sexual abuse.

The Commission, on Friday issued a notice in a government Gazette inviting any person or victim with evidence or complaints against Magaya.

Zimbabwe Gender Commission Chairperson, Mrs Margaret Mukahanana-Sangarwe said:

“It is hereby notified that, in terms of Section Five of the Zimbabwe Gender Commission Act (Chapter 10:31) the Zimbabwe Gender Commission intends to investigate complaints of sexual abuse of women by Walter Magaya of Prophetic Healing and Deliverance Ministries.”

These accusations, however, would not stay for a sustained period of time as the accusers would dramatically withdraw the charges, some accusing the devil of having used them to institute those cases.
