ZANU PF leader Emmerson Mnangagwa has said those working at weakening his government will be flushed out. The threat came during a televised address today, following an outcry against reported human rights abuses in recent weeks. Activists, a journalist, a writer, and an opposition politician were arrested for allegedly planning, or convening peaceful protests against corruption in Zimbabwe. Security forces embarked on a total crackdown after government described the anti-corruption movement as ‘an attempt to overthrow’ the administration.-SABC
