The Judicial Service Commission has finally revealed charges that have been laid against High Court Judge, Justice Erica Ndewere.

Though a popular belief is that the judge is being punished for freeing on bail opposition MDC Alliance Deputy National Chairman Job Sikhala bail, the commission says Ndewere is accused of freeing a convict Kenneth Majecha due to gross incompetence.

The file with the charges has since been referred to President Emmerson Mnangagwa for processing to kick start a tribunal to investigate the judge.
