Journalist Hopewell Chin’ono’s bail appeal has been postponed to this Wednesday at the High Court.

Chin’ono is facing obstruction of justice and contempt of court charges for allegedly breaching bail conditions in another case in which he is charged with inciting public violence.

In his High Court appeal, Chin’ono argues that he did not breach his bail conditions as was alleged when he was denied bail at the Magistrates Court.

He added that he was not banned from using Twitter, but was ordered not to use Twitter to incite violence.
