People who may have abducted Itai Dzamara are Tichareva Mubaira, Liberty Shamhu, Owen Ziwanai Mazarura, Tendai Chinyani and Watson Marufu. The suspected vehicle used was a white double cab Reg ABG2862.

This underlines the need for an independent truth and reconciliation process backed by an act of parliament with adequate resources. Let’s not make it all about G40 or Lacoste but about Itai and justice. Government should account for this information and the named people must clea r their names in court publicly. Government should be held accountable for the life of Itai and many others and their duty to provide answers before the elections

A Zimbabwe human rights activist, Kennedy Masiye, has released a list of names rumoured to be behind the abduction and possibly death of Itai Dzamara.
Writing on his social blog, Masiye asked his followers to share and spread the information as much as possible.
He also released the identity of the car used by Dzamara’s ‘killers’.
Below is the information as presented by Mr Masiye:
Please share this as widely as possible surely someone knows…The Police have this information but they have ignored,neglected or simply refused to investigate! They also have the cell phone number which allegedly sent the information which is 0778464424.

The suspected vehicle used is a white double cab registration number ABG 2862.
A fearless Mugabe critic, Itai Dzamara disappeared after he was captured by suspected state agencies linked to the Central Intelligence Organisation(CIO).
The Zimbabwe police did not make any arrests or concrete investigations amidst claims that they are fully aware of the involvement of the state in the abduction.
Kunyarara is a problem or may not be a problem depending on the circumstances. Remember these people spilling the bean were under the watchful eyes of ED and the JUNTA including the dreaded CIO. Now they have the liberty to tell the truth. if they had said the truth by then , they could probably have disappeared.
Its not about holding anything in the courts of law, one can be acquitted even though they would have committed the crime. having been acquitted by the educated judges through representation by the intelligent lawyers does not mean that one will get away with it. They escape the jail but not God.
Why arrest the person who gave the information rather investigate the case, track the names of those mentioned. They should deny this on their own not from your mouth piece unless if you are complicit.

Note that they say people “who may have” have abducted Itai. My understanding of the english language is such that you can put almost any names and the statement will remain true.

The person giving the list of people and vehicle registration plate of the car must be arrested right away and give more information. We cannot play with life this way

Let dzamaras case not be used for cheap political gain by jonathan moyo and squad.As zimbabweans ,lets now mature in politics.If you want to gain political credit,sell what you have to offer to the country and zimbabwean people.To mention these would be abductors of dzamara, should be a duty for every citizen to do so .not to do it so as to gain political ground for a certain group of people.
