Some doctors in the UK have begun a trending behaviour of taking pictures of women’s nude pictures while they are giving birth.
The latest of these incidents have seen one doctor being attacked by the public on the photo-social website Instagram. The doctor, a student obstetrician, Daniel Sanchez, investigated by the UK Metro paper has come under fire for uploading one such selfie on his Instagram page.
Sanchez, a Venezuelan, posted an image of himself smirking as a woman, who is naked from the waist down, gives birth. A fellow doctor appears to have his hands still in or around her vagina as the baby crowns.

Sanchez, who has since set his Instagram page to private, tagged the image: ‘Lady I can deliver your baby but first let me take a selfie’.
He later added: ‘bring kids into the world and reconstruct pussies’ – boasting that his team give women vaginas that are ‘brand new, like a car with zero kilometres on the clock’.
This image is not the first either, with the hashtag #deliveryroom becoming increasingly popular on Instagram, the Metro reported.
A spokesperson for the GMC the practising medical doctors council for the UK said they were investigating the cases reported to date.
The UK is home to over half a million Zimbabweans who add to its 62 million strong population.
