Banks should be forced to park water bowsers, fountains or dispensers outside their banks for people to use while in the long endless queues . They cannot say it is not their responsibility. Zimbabwe is unique in that it has a job description of QUEUE Attendant, a job designed for someone to mange queues instead of just designing a system that has no queues.
