UK: Outrage As Pensioner Burgled By Well Known Thug, Attacked Him, Now Is Suddenly Charged For Murder

London – There was outrage in the UK when a 78 year old pensioner who was burgled and to his defence reportedly attacked the intruder, the latter who died as a result of injuries, was later charged for murder.

The development has seen the suspected burglar being revealed as a well known individual on the police database for a previous break in.

The burglar, Henry Vincent, 37, was named on Thursday who was fatally wounded at the London home of the 78 year old Richard Osborn-Brooks.

Mr Brooks has since been arrested on suspicion of murder.

According the report, Vincent together with an accomplice threatened the 78-year-old with a screwdriver during the burglary in the early hours of Wednesday morning and Vincent was stabbed after a struggle broke out.

A witness told reporters the alleged accomplice dragged Vincent away towards a white van before leaving him for dead. He described seeing a white Vauxhall Astra van pull up next to a man “moaning and groaning” and ”bleeding heavily from his chest through his shirt”. – Agencies More to follow…
