By Own Correspondent| MDC Alliance leader Nelson Chamisa has received support from the Gwanda community.

Writing on Thursday afternoon, the Gwanda Residents’ Association leader, Bekezela Fuzwayo said he would vote for Chamisa without thinking.

While it was not fully clear how far reaching Fuzwayo’s comment is in the entire community, many noted how his personal sentiments have in the past borne the wind of opinion in Gwanda and beyond.

“It is not a secret that for President I will vote for Advocate Nelson Chamisa without thinking or listening to any considerations,” Fuzwayo said.

Commenting on others, he continued saying, “as for my councillor and MP one has to prove that they have Gwanda at heart and prove what it is that they have done for us as Gwanda before we elect them and what they will do for us when we elect them to the higher responsibility. No compromise on that.

“We are not going to allow the scenario where an MP wins elections in Gwanda and holds his victory celebrations in Mberengwa as was done by our outgoing MP.
