The MDC-T Treasurer General Chalton Hwende says that the donations being sent through by well wishers of the party are beginning to show results as the party has used the funds to set up campaign billboards for Presidential candidate Nelson Chamisa.

Hwende wrote on his official Facebook page:

When we launched our appeal for donations Zanu-PF laughed now that they have seen that our supporters are now funding us they have started lying that we received money from Foreign sources??‍♀️ . Our appeal for donations through our I Donate platform is working. We are now putting billboards in some places. We still need support to put up paid adverts on Radio and TV. We would like to urge our supporters to continue helping us achieve real change by donating today. Thanks to the people who are sending us donations through the Ecocash Platform
