The Zanu PF honchos have enriched themselves while real ex-combatants are starving.

The Zanu PF leaders are uncaring and they have failed to fulfil the promises they made during the war.

The paltry benefits (eroded by inflation)they are receiving have become a tool of oppression and dependence as the leaders in Zanu PF constantly threaten to withdraw the allowances if former freedom fighters question the diversion from the values of the liberation struggle.

Zimbabweans must fight for the liberation of the War vets from the yoke of oppression.

The MDC A understands the plight of the oppressed War vets and will readdress the same.
