REF: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF ADVICE ON ACTS OF MISCONDUCT ALLEGEDLY HAPPENING IN SCHOOLS

I…………EC No………. have on this day, 10 February 2020 have been made aware that the following actions are not permissible and constitute acts of misconduct as defined In statutory instrument 1 of 2020: Public service regulations as amended.

(i) That no extra lessons in whatever name or time will be conducted in the school without Ministry approval.

(ii) No teacher is allowed to sell items within the school premises; be they sweets, snacks, school uniform items etc.

(iii) That no teacher is allowed to demand items such as bond paper, tissues and other goods without permission to do so.

(iv) That no teacher is allowed to collect money from parents.
