Farai Dziva|Outspoken Masvingo based clergyman Isaac Makomichi has challenged church leaders to raise about $1 billion towards the fight against Coronavirus.
Makomichi argues church leaders are rich such that they should donate money to the fight against the deadly Coronavirus.
The clergyman is prominent for distributing “anointed love portions to women.”
He also “declared” that Zanu PF leader Emmerson Mnangagwa, MDC president Nelson Chamisa and G-40 kingpin Saviour Kasukuwere would unite to form an inclusive government.
Sai Makomichi:
“Pastors are very rich and they are given money by congregants. Most of the pastors are very rich…
Mamwe mapastors akafuma kudarika church yese saka this is the right time yekuti varatidze kuva nechido nevanhu,Jesu aisava nebasa nemari but it seems like now mafundisi ava kuda mari kudadirika bhaibheri,at least ngava tevedzere zvakanzi nebible ipayi zvese zvamunazvo kuvarombo, saka vamwe madiro avanoita mari ndoona kunge akashaiwa mari kwevhiki angatoita stroke .
Mafundisi tese let’s contribute kuti magloves nemishonga yecoronavirus itengwe,” declared Makomichi.
Commenting on Makomichi’s remarks a senior pastor said:
“Church leaders do not have the capacity to do that.On the contrary we basically survive on what we receive from congregants.
I can therefore frankly state that we cannot do that.”
