Mwonzora Mourns Tanda Tavaruva

Manicaland Senator Douglas Mwonzora has joined other Zimbabweans in mourning the late bus owner Tanda Tavaruva well known for his Mhunga fleet of buses hailing his contribution to the development of Masvingo.
Posting on Twitter, Mwonzora said;
“Sad to hear of the death of Mr Tanda Tavaruva the owner of Mhunga Bus service. He was one of the most astute business people who helped in develop Masvingo. Our thoughts are with his family at this sad time.”
Mhunga died yesterday afternoon at his Rhodene home in Masvingo town.
He has been described by many as a legendary man who defined Masvingo after sponsoring Masvingo United and many other successful projects in the country’s oldest town.
