Farai Dziva|The ruling on the MDC Alliance court case will be delivered on Friday May 29.

The MDC Alliance filed papers challenging the recall of its MPs.

“… just a quick update on our High Court case.

Judgement will be delivered on Friday 29 at 10am.

This was an application to interdict Mwonzora from further recalling our MPs. So until then No one will be recalled.

I would like to thank our team of Lawyers led by VP Biti, Mr Muchadehama and Mr Kwaramba for a job well done.
