Electricity Tariffs Shoot Up With Immediate Effect

Electricity tariffs have shot up by at least 50% in some instances. Domestic consumers who were paying less than $200 for the first 200 units available for the first purchase of the month will be paying $324 for the same 200 units with effect from today, 23 September 2020.

This was revealed in a communique by ZESA on a pamphlet brought to ZimEye.com’s attention.
