My name is Yevai Mushambadope, a registered Nurse in Birmingham UK. I am appealing for urgent help on behalf of Lawrence Tawonezvi Mubvumbi (34) a husband and a father to a girl (7) and a boy (4), who resides in Zimbabwe. Lawrence is  a Catholic  who attends at St Monica Parish in Seke Chitungwiza. Lawrence has been diagnosed  with a tumor on his jaw (bone growth), doctors call it ameloblastoma. 

I Yevai Mushambadope after being referred to Lawrence by his relatives, I started helping him with his medical bills, however, the financial burden has gone beyond my means. I am appealing to the public at large as no amount is too small and will go a long way. The cost of surgery is USD$10,000 which we are targeting to reach within the next 6 months.
