Relief For Harare Residents As Morton Jaffray Waterworks Resume Operations

City of Harare main water treatment plant, Morton Jaffray Waterworks, which were was shut down couple of days ago due to shortage of aluminium sulphate has been reopened.

Council last week sent out a notice that its main supplier has raised a red flag appealing for financial assistance to import 1 000 tonnes of the commodity.

In another notice on Sunday morning the City indicated that the waterworks had resumed operations.
