By A Correspondent- Chitungwiza Mayor Lovemore Maiko was today arrested over abuse of office.

Maiko, who has been taken to the police in Chitungwiza was arrested for directing Chitungwiza municipality to stop the demolition of illegal houses.

He was also arrested for convening a special Council meeting without following due process.
