Chido Mabwe/ Veteran journalist and women’s rights activist Grace Kwinjeh has reminded MDC supporters that current MDC-Alliance spokesperson, Fadzai Mahere, is not a founder member of the party.

This was in response to a heated debate in which Alliance members disputed a video by Tapiwa Mashakada in which he named among others MDC-T President Doglous Mwonzora as a founder.

Responded Kwinjeh, “Arguments about authenticity based on being founders of the struggle or movement can be self defeating in the long run, what happens to the people who joined different phases from ZanuPF, time Joice Mujuru was fired, to the post coup ones?”
