By A Correspondent| Transport and Infrastructure minister Joel Biggie Matiza has become the latest top government official to succumb to COVID-19.

Information Secretary Nick Mangwana has confirmed Matiza’s death.

Matiza was also the Zanu PF Provincial Chairperson for Mashonaland East.
