By Farai D Hove | One of Zimbabwe’s best barristers, Tendai Biti is preparing to slap Emmerson Mnangagwa’s regime with legal action over amending the constitution.

Mnangagwa’s administration is tomorrow gazetting two bills that will grant him superpowers to among other things, handpick judges.

Announcing the development, Biti said: The fight for protection& defence of our constitution has become the defining fight of the present.Regime will gazette 2 Bills tomorrow, thereinafter there will be a floodgate of litigation which ought to be complimented by peaceful civic action.@adv_fulcrum &I will play our part.
