Tinashe Sambiri|MDC Alliance vice president Hon Tendai Biti has bluntly challenged the disjointed Zanu PF regime to implement reforms before crying for international aid.

Hon Biti argues that the regime must stop ” gross violation of human rights, persecution of citizens and looting” before thinking of seeking help from the international community.

According to Hon Biti, the Zanu PF regime is cruel, vindictive and irrational.
