By A Correspondent- Some alleged Bakers Inn cash sale receipts exposing shocking parallel market rate have gone viral on social media.

The receipts from the food outlet’s Zvishavane branch show that the parallel rate is now at US$1 to RTGS200.

“This is a lesson to politicians that the economy is not run through propaganda, lies & threats. As the Ghanaian VP said, if you are in doubt of what’s happening, check the exchange rate,” read some comments on social media on the sad reality.
