The issue of recycling ministers is the real anatomy of corruption .it’s unfortunate that laws within a capitalistic set ups are coined are approved by a small group which represent capitalism and the majority are made to accept such laws without question. If democracy was the rule of the people for the people we could be having the right to block the issue of elite self recruitment and recycling of tired and failed politicians like Chinamasa,kaya Moyo,Obert Mpofu ,and even ED himself.
