The country’s biggest opposition party, MDC has said President Emmerson Mnangagwa and his predecessor Robert Mugabe are inseparable.
In a message posted on MDC’ s Facebook page dubbed Nelson Chamisa for President yesterday, the party argued the old Zanu PF politicians were tired horses.
Below is the party’ s full statement:
Dr. Morgan Tsvangirai’s last message to the youths has generated an increase of
about 55% in the number of registered youths as compared to
2013.
Old politicians cannot solve today’s
problems.
The youths must take charge and shape
their future. Never think and
expect that very old men like Mugabe, Mnangagwa and
Mohadi can change our lives for the better when
they have exhibited failure in the past 37 years of
their unhindered rule.
Mnangagwa’ s futile attempts to exonerate himself from past crimes will never convince us. The man worked as Mugabe’s henchman for more than three decades – so his calculated ploy to hoodwink the people of Zimbabwe will not materialise.
Morgan Tsvangirai’s legacy lives on- may your soul
rest in eternal peace. Let your soul directs us on the
right path to the Promised Land. NelsonChamisa4president.
