The Finance Minister Patrick Chinamasa yesterday won a new title for himself following the shocking pictures of him opening a bin drum.
Thousands of Zimbabweans took turns to scoff at Chinamasa as they labelled him, Zimbabwe’s new Finance Binister.
UK based activist Sam Muringai said people might as well, call him the “Finance binister. ”
