Terrence Mawawa|MDC president Obert Gutu has described the tendency of celebrating – instead of fretting over someone’s death as unacceptable.

Gutu was referring to claims that Foreign Affairs Minister Sibusiso Moyo had succumbed to a kidney related ailment.

“Now,I don’t quite understand this! I don’t get it at all! Why would any decent person wish anyone to die? Where’s the morality? Where’s
the Ubuntu? Ko hunhu hwedu hwakaenda kupi nhai? Have we,as Zimbabweans,become degraded? God forbid!!” tweeted Gutu.

In another tweet Gutu urged the government to descend hard on drug peddlers:”Hard drugs such as cocaine are slowly but surely becoming a menace in Zimbabwe,particularly in the big urban centres.Please protect the nation,particularly our youth,from hard drugs.”
